We’re kicking off the month of February with our 6-Week Kickstart Challenge, and we want YOU to be part of it! The new year is the perfect time to hit the reset button and make real progress. Whether you’re looking to level up your fitness or get back into a routine, this challenge is designed to help you build lasting habits, stay motivated, and crush your goals!


Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Attend 2 Classes Per Week: Stay consistent and plan to attend at least two classes each week, three is preferred for maximum results.

  • Follow Your Precision Nutrition Plan: We’ll provide you with simple and effective nutrition guidance to help fuel your progress.

  • InBody Scale Assessment: Start and end the challenge with an in-body scale assessment to track your progress.

This challenge is free for all current members on a monthly membership!
