RESPONSIBILITIES
The position's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to…
Lead Group Classes: Guide our members through at least 2 classes a week, making sure everyone’s engaged, safe, and having a great time.
Prep Like a Pro: Come to class fully prepared and understand the workout and the movements involved.
Demonstration & Education: Demonstrate each movement with precision and explain it clearly.
One-on-One Attention: Provide individual movement corrections and feedback to members during class to help them move better.
Keep It Clean: Help maintain a clean and organized space between classes.
eDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of functional fitness, health, and nutrition.
Knowledge and skill in leading group classes.
CFL-1, USAW, NASM, ACE, or ISSA certification preferred.
People Person: You’ve got a way with people—whether it’s chatting before class, motivating during a workout, or just being a friendly face, you make everyone feel welcome.
Energy for Days: Whether it’s 5:30 AM or 6:30 PM, you should light up the room and get everyone fired up!
Always Learning: We want someone who’s coachable, open to feedback, and always striving to improve.
COMPENSATION
Compensation offered is in alignment with hours worked and based on several factors including years of experience, positive performance evaluation, and overall expertise.
