About the Programming
Our group fitness training is broken into two class tracks—LIFT and SWEAT. All our programming is built to help you lift with confidence, move with intention, and sweat with purpose.
LIFT
LIFT is our strength class that combines strength training, bodybuilding, accessory work, and conditioning to help you achieve the results you work hard for. Through progressive overload and volume training. This program focuses on building muscle and control, making strength the foundation of your fitness journey so you can look and feel stronger, both in and out of the gym.
SWEAT
SWEAT is our high-energy class that combines strength and conditioning for a powerful, full-body workout. With a blend of functional strength and intense conditioning, SWEAT pushes you to build muscle, increase endurance, and finish every class feeling accomplished and energized..

What's My First Class Look Like?

ARRIVAL + CHECK-IN
Arrive 15 minutes early and check in with our front desk. Our staff is available to answer any questions you may have about the gym and our workouts.

CLASS BREAKDOWN
A. WARM-UP
Move through a dedicated coach-led warm up designed specifically to prepare your body for that day’s workout.
B. STRENGTH
Lift some weights during our strength portion to build and maintain lean muscle and develop your functional strength.
C. CONDITIONING
Sweat it out during a metabolic conditioning workout to help you burn fat and feel great.

High Fives + Debrief!
We have 10 minutes set aside between all class times to give you time to share high fives and talk to your professional coach about nutrition, recovery, and anything else that will help you reach your goals faster!

Before Class
When should I arrive for class?
We recommend arriving at the gym 15 minutes before class for check-in. This will allow time to check in with the coach and get a lay of the land.
What do I do when I get there?
Say hello to the coach when you arrive and they’ll get you taken care of.

We want you to bring your good vibes! We truly believe in making our gym space where members can check their stress at the door. In our gym you’ll find a community built on sweat and support, all are welcome here. All we ask is that you show up, bring a smile, and get in a great workout. It’s that simple.
During Class
What is a class like?
Classes are Coach-led group-based fitness classes. Every class you will be led through a warm-up, get strong through a strength session and get sweaty with a conditioning workout.
I've never done this style of training before, can I keep up?
Absolutely! Our workouts are beginner friendly and designed to allow all athletes to workout at their own pace.
Our Coaches are trained to modify and make adjustments to the workout on the fly to meet you where you are.
What should I wear?
Wear athletic clothes that are comfy for you to sweat and move in.
What shoes should I wear?
Most athletes wear traditional cross-training shoes suitable for cardio & strength training.
Do you provide water?
Yes, we offer complimentary water.
